1 Scope of Application

1.1 These terms apply to all sales channels operated by NEW NATION INVESTMENT LIMITED (“we” or “the Company”), including but not limited to our website, physical stores, social media platforms, and phone or message orders. By purchasing through any of these channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and related policies (including but not limited to our return and privacy policies).

2 Acceptance and Amendments

2.1 You should read these terms and our Privacy Policy before creating an account, placing an order, or making a purchase. Using any sales channel constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

2.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. All updates will be published on our website and take immediate effect.

3 Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices, shipping fees, and charges are in HKD and clearly stated before checkout. Payment confirms your acceptance of the price.

3.2 Accepted payment methods include:

  • Online: Credit card, e-wallet, bank transfer

  • In-Store: Cash, credit card, e-wallet, bank transfer

3.3 All pre-order items, limited edition products, collaborations and sale items are final sale and are strictly non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable after order confirmation.

3.4 If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after successful delivery of goods, the Company reserves the right to retain all evidence and recover the full transaction amount and related costs.

3.5 We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct errors. In case of pricing errors, we will contact you to confirm whether to proceed.

4 Promotions & Discounts

4.1 All promotions, discounts, giveaways, bundle offers and member benefits are subject to specific conditions and stock availability, on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

4.2 Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all free gifts, discounted items and promotional products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4.3 Each promotion may only be enjoyed once per order, per customer and per campaign. The Company reserves the right to reject any repeated, abnormal or suspected misuse of promotional transactions.

4.4 The Company reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5 Order Confirmation and Rejection

5.1 Once your order has been successfully received by us, we will confirm it via email, receipt, instant message or verbally. In-store purchases are confirmed upon completion.

5.2 We may reject or cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or unconfirmed payments.  If no cancellation notice is received within 3 business days, the order is deemed accepted.

5.3 If a paid order is cancelled due to reasons solely attributable to the Company, a refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

5.4 If the cancellation is due to customer-related reasons (including but not limited to incorrect orders, duplicate payments or refusal of delivery), no refund will be provided.

5.5 In the event of duplicate orders or incorrect transactions caused by system errors, network delays or third-party platform malfunctions, the Company reserves the right to cancel such orders and arrange refunds or corrections where appropriate.

6 Delivery and Pickup

6.1 We offer delivery and in-store pickup. Please refer to our Delivery & Pickup Policy for details.

6.2 Once a delivery or pickup method is selected, it cannot be changed.

6.3 If you select in-store pickup but fail to collect the goods within 14 days after being notified, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and release the goods for resale without refund.

6.4 If delivery fails due to incorrect address or no recipient, we may charge additional fees or decline refunds.

6.5 Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the logistics provider. The Company is not liable for delays, damage or loss caused by third-party delivery services, but will assist with tracking where possible.

7 Return and Exchange Policy

7.1 All purchases are final and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

7.2 No refunds will be offered under any circumstances.  Only exchanges are permitted within the specific period, for in-store purchases, the specific period for exchanges is 7 days from the payment date while the specific period for online orders is 7 days from the actual delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened

  • All original packaging, tags, labels and accessories intact

  • Not food or personal items, consumables or discounted items

  • Valid original receipt must be presented.

  • For exchange requests due to product defects, you must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the defect at the time of request for preliminary verification.

  • If the defect cannot be clearly verified through photos or videos, the customer shall bear all related delivery or transportation costs to return the item to our designated office or retail store for physical inspection before any exchange can be considered.

  • If valid visual proof is not provided, or if the customer refuses to arrange physical inspection, the Company reserves the right to reject the exchange request.

7.3 All exchanges are strictly limited to the same product of the same model, color and size.

7.4 If the original product is out of stock and cannot be replaced with the same item, you may choose to:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value, or

  • Exchange for a higher-value product with the price difference borne by you.

7.5 All exchange-related logistics costs shall be handled as follows:

If the exchange is confirmed by the Company to be due to a manufacturing defect or product quality issue:

  • You shall first bear the return shipping cost for sending the defective item back to us;

  • Upon successful physical inspection, the Company will cover the standard one-time shipping fee for dispatching the replacement item.

If the exchange request is due to non-defect reasons (including but not limited to sizing issues, color appearance, personal preference, or incorrect orders):

  • You shall bear all round-trip logistics costs, including both the return shipping and the replacement dispatch fee.

If the customer opts to perform the exchange in person at our store or office:

  • All transportation costs shall be borne by you.

7.6 The Company does not offer any form of shipping fee refund, subsidy or deduction under any circumstances.  No cash refunds, partial refunds or credit balance arrangements will be provided under any circumstances.

8 Force Majeure

8.1 We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. We may delay or cancel affected orders.

8.2 The Company shall not be liable for any compensation, loss of opportunity or indirect damages arising from any force majeure event.

9 Product Liability

9.1 All product design, manufacturing, and labelling responsibilities lie with the brand or original manufacturer.

9.2 Clothing style is subjective. The Company does not guarantee individual preference, longevity or suitability of any Clothing style.

9.3 Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary due to lighting, display settings or production batch differences. The Company shall not be liable for such variations.

9.4 If a product has a clear defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist in referring the issue to the brand.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 We are not liable for any indirect, personal, or property losses caused by product use, except where prohibited by law.

10.2 The Company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by improper use, incorrect operation, external impact, environmental factors, third-party modification or usage not in accordance with product instructions. Such cases are not eligible for exchange or compensation.

10.3 The Company has carried out reasonable review of the product information provided by the brand owners or manufacturers where practicable. However, as all such information originates from third-party suppliers, the Company does not warrant that such information is entirely free from error.  The Brand owner or manufacturer shall ensure that all product descriptions comply with the Hong Kong Trade Descriptions Ordinance and all applicable laws. Any legal liability arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading product descriptions shall be borne solely by the relevant brand owner or manufacturer.

10.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All trademarks, images, text and content displayed on our website and promotional materials are owned by the Company or relevant brands. Unauthorised reproduction, use or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without written consent.

11.2 Any unauthorised use of the Company’s content for resale, promotion, redistribution or commercial purposes may result in legal action.

12 Retail Stores

12.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse service and require any customer to leave the premises immediately if their behavior is threatening, abusive, unreasonable or disruptive to normal operations.

12.2 The Company reserves the right to make final and immediate decisions on any disputed transactions in-store, including refusing transactions, rejecting exchanges, or terminating service.

12.3 Customers are responsible for their own personal safety while on the Company’s premises. The Company shall not be liable for any personal injury or accident arising from the customer’s own negligence, failure to follow in-store instructions, running, pushing, climbing displays, or improper conduct, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12.4 The Company shall not be liable for any personal injury or property loss arising from the acts or negligence of other customers, mall personnel, security staff, cleaning contractors or any third party.

12.5 The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to customers’ personal belongings within the store premises, including but not limited to handbags, wallets, mobile phones, cameras and other personal items.

12.6 Customers who voluntarily participate in any in-store event, activity or filming arrangement organized by the Company shall do so at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss or liability arising therefrom.

13 Miscellaneous

13.1 Any verbal or written representations made by staff members that conflict with these Terms and Conditions shall not be binding. The written version of these Terms shall prevail.

13.2 In case of disputes, the Company reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.

13.3 These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
