Delivery & Pickup Policy

Order Processing Time

Please verify the following before payment:

✓ Purchase Quantity
✓ Product Style, Color and Size
✓ Recipient name and Contact number
✓ Delivery Address
✓ Payment amount and method

Orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days after successful payment (excluding pre-order items). If delays occur, we will notify you. If the new delivery date is not acceptable, customers may choose to cancel the order and a refund will be processed via the original payment platform and payment method.

Delivery Methods

We select delivery methods based on order size, weight, and destination:

① SF Express|JDL Express

Suitable for most small to medium items
Delivery time: approx. 2–7 business days (typically 2–4)
Tracking number provided via email or WhatsApp

② In-House Delivery

Delivered by our own drivers
Delivery within 5 business days from dispatch
Delivery date will be notified via WhatsApp or email

In-Store Pickup

If you choose “In-Store Pickup,” please visit the designated location during business hours at least 1 business day after receiving the “Shipping Notification Email.” Present your order number and proof of purchase to collect your items.

Delivery Service & Shipping Fees

Online orders enjoy free local shipping for net purchases over HK$1,000 (excluding Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Park Island, and outlying islands).

Delivery Notes

① A surcharge of up to HK$20 applies to remote areas. Please contact customer service through Whatsapp before ordering to confirm logistics and fees.
② A stair fee of HK$50 per floor applies. If the delivery point is over 100 meters from a parking spot, delivery will be made to the nearest accessible location.
③ Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery fails, a HK$60 administrative fee will be charged for one re-attempt.
④ Deliveries will be suspended during severe weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm) and rescheduled.

Disputes & Legal

In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
