Return & Exchange Policy

General Policy Overview

Thank you for shopping with us! All sales are final once confirmed.
We do not offer refunds, but exchanges are available.
For confirmed manufacturing defects or wrong shipments, we will gladly assist with an exchange.

Exchange Time Window

In-store purchases: request must be made within 7 days from the payment date
Online orders: request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date

Late requests may not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

Returned items must meet all of the following:

→ Unused and unopened
→ All original packaging, tags, labels and accessories intact
→ Not applicable to food, personal items, consumables or discounted/promotional items
→ Valid proof of purchase provided

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email for confirmation
before sending any item back.

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please provide
clear photos and/or videos for initial verification.
If the issue cannot be clearly verified, 
customers will need to return the item to our designated store
or office for physical inspection.

Exchange Product Arrangement

Exchanges are limited to the same product of the same model,
scent, style and colour, if the same item is out of stock, you may:
Exchange for a product of equal value, or
Exchange for a higher-value product with price difference paid.
No cash refund, no partial refund and no store credit will be provided.

Return Methods & Fees

You may return products via:
→ In-person at our retail stores
→ Courier delivery

Note: Please confirm return details via WhatsApp or email before sending.
For non-defective items, all transportation and courier fees are borne by the customer.

Our office and warehouse only accept defective goods; no instant exchanges are provided on-site.

Wrong Items

Please take clear photos on the day of receipt and contact us via Whatsapp or
email within 3 days. 
We will respond within 3 business days and arrange exchange or other follow-up actions as appropriate.

All related transportation and courier fees will be covered by us.

Disputes & Legal

In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.

This Return & Exchange Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
