下單前請留意
為確保訂單順利送達,請於完成付款前再次核對以下資料:
- 產品款式、顏色及尺寸
- 收件人姓名及聯絡電話
- 完整送貨地址 — 包括樓層、單位及大廈名稱
- 付款金額及付款方式
如因地址錯誤或不完整而導致送貨失敗,我們可能無法承擔額外費用。
訂單處理
成功付款後,我們一般會於 1 – 3 個工作天內處理出貨,週末、公眾假期及大型推廣期除外。
新品上架或繁忙期可能稍有延誤 — 如有重大延遲,我們會主動通知你。
預購商品的處理時間以下單時所示為準。

運費

送貨注意事項
偏遠地區 愉景灣、馬灣、栢麗灣及離島須加收最多 HK$20 附加費。請於下單前先以 WhatsApp 聯絡我們,確認安排及費用 — 未經確認的訂單可能需要取消。
樓梯費 如無升降機,每層加收 HK$50 元。
送貨範圍 如送貨地點距離可泊車位置超過 100 米,我們會送至最近的可達地點。
送貨失敗 如因地址錯誤、無人收貨或拒收而導致送貨失敗,我們會收取 HK$60 行政費用,並安排一次重新派送。
惡劣天氣 八號或以上颱風訊號、黑色暴雨警告期間暫停送貨,安全恢復後重新安排。
門市自取
地址: 九龍啟德 Airside L102 號舖 營業時間: 每日 12:00 – 21:00 自取要求: 收到取貨通知後,請於最少 1 個工作天後到店領取 領取期限: 如於通知後 14 個工作天內未到店領取,我們會將貨品轉移至辦公室存放。請於該情況下聯絡我們重新安排領取時間及地點。
追蹤訂單
訂單發出後,我們會透過電郵或 WhatsApp 提供追蹤資訊。如需即時更新,可使用追蹤號碼直接聯絡速遞公司。
收到包裹時
請先檢查外包裝再開箱。如包裝有明顯損壞、被開過、潮濕或被改動的痕跡 — 請先拍照,並盡快聯絡我們。
貨品錯誤、缺漏或損壞
如收到的貨品有問題:
- 請於收貨當天為包裝及所有內容物拍下清晰照片

我們會於 3 個工作天內回覆並安排後續處理。如屬我們發貨錯誤,所有運費由我們承擔。
對於由第三方速遞或我們無法控制的因素引起的延誤或損壞,我們會盡力協助跟進,但不能保證解決時限。

A Few Things to Check Before You Order
To make sure your order reaches you smoothly, please double-check the following before completing payment:
- Product model, colour, and size
- Recipient name and contact number
- Full delivery address — including floor, flat number, and building name
- Payment amount and method
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to cover the additional costs.
Order Processing
We generally process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak campaign periods.
During launches or high-volume periods, things may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there's a meaningful delay.
Pre-order items follow the estimated timeline shared at the time of purchase.

Free shipping applies to the net order value after discounts. Shipping promotions may change without prior notice.
A Few Things to Know About Delivery
Remote areas A surcharge of up to HK$20 applies to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Park Island, and outlying islands. Please get in touch via WhatsApp before ordering so we can confirm arrangements and fees — orders placed without prior confirmation may need to be cancelled.
Stair fee HK$50 per floor applies where lift access is unavailable.
Address access If the delivery point is more than 100 metres from a parking spot, we'll deliver to the nearest accessible location.
Failed delivery If delivery can't be completed due to an incorrect address, no one available to receive, or refusal to accept, a HK$60 administrative fee applies for one re-delivery attempt.
Severe weather We suspend deliveries during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning, and will reschedule once it's safe to do so.
In-Store Pickup
Address: Shop L102, Airside, Kai Tak, Kowloon Hours: Daily 12:00 – 21:00 Pickup rule: Visit at least 1 business day after receiving the pickup notification Pickup window: If not collected within 14 business days of being notified, we'll transfer the item to our office for safekeeping. Please get in touch to arrange a new pickup time and location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we'll send tracking information via email or WhatsApp. For live updates, you can contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided.
When Your Parcel Arrives
Please take a moment to check the outer packaging before opening. If it looks seriously damaged, opened, wet, or tampered with — take photos first and reach out to us as soon as you can.
Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items
If something isn't right with what arrived:
- Take clear photos of the parcel and all contents on the day of receipt
- Contact us within 3 calendar days:

We'll get back to you within 3 business days and sort out next steps. If we sent the wrong item, we cover all shipping costs.
For delays or damage caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control, we'll do our best to help with follow-up — though we can't always guarantee resolution timelines.
A Final Word
In case of any dispute, we'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
