我們重視你的個人資料，並按香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）處理。本政策說明我們會收集哪些資料、如何使用，以及你擁有的權利。

1. 我們收集的個人資料
當你購物、註冊帳戶或聯絡我們時，我們可能會收集：
- 聯絡資料 — 姓名、地址、電話、電郵
- 訂單資料 — 購買紀錄、付款資料、送貨資料
- 帳戶資料 — 帳號、密碼（加密儲存）、偏好設定
- 裝置及使用資料 — IP 位址、瀏覽器類型、裝置識別碼、瀏覽紀錄、 cookies
我們不會儲存你的完整信用卡資料 — 付款由 Shopify 及銀行/電子錢包機構安全處理。

4. 行銷及推廣
如你同意，我們會透過電郵或 WhatsApp 向你發送新品、推廣及活動資訊。
你可以隨時取消訂閱，方法如下：
- 點擊任何行銷電郵內的「取消訂閱」連結
- 透過 WhatsApp 回覆 STOP 或關鍵字「取消訂閱」

取消訂閱後，我們仍可能會就你已下的訂單發送必要的交易通知（例如付款及送貨確認）。
5. 第三方披露
我們不會出售你的個人資料。但我們可能會在以下必要情況下，向經審核的第三方披露：

6. Cookies 及追蹤

你可以透過瀏覽器設定隨時刪除或封鎖 cookies 設定 — 但部分網店功能可能因而無法正常運作。
7. 資料保留

過了保留期限後，我們會安全地刪除或匿名化資料。
8. 資料安全
我們採取合理的技術及行政措施保護你的個人資料，包括加密、存取控制及定期審核。
雖然我們已盡力保障資料安全，但網絡傳輸並非絕對安全。如發生資料外洩，我們會按法律要求通知受影響的用戶。
9. 你的權利
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權：
- 查閱我們持有的你的個人資料
- 要求更正不準確的資料
- 要求刪除資料（在法律允許範圍內）
- 取消同意行銷使用
- 索取資料副本（資料可攜權）

10. 18 歲以下人士
我們的服務不適用於 18 歲以下人士。我們不會在知情情況下收集 18 歲以下人士的個人資料。
如你是家長或監護人，發現未成年人士向我們提供了個人資料，請聯絡 cs@kodakstyle-hk.com — 我們會盡快刪除相關資料。
11. 跨境資料傳輸
我們使用的部分服務供應商 — 例如 Shopify, Meta, Google, Supabase — 的伺服器位於香港以外地區。當資料跨境傳輸時，我們會採取合理措施確保保護水平不低於本地要求。
12. 政策更新
我們可能會不時更新本私隱政策。重大更新會於網店公布，並更新「最後更新」日期。建議你定期查閱。

In Short
We take your personal data seriously and handle it in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Personal Data We Collect
When you shop, register, or get in touch, we may collect:
- Contact info — name, address, phone, email
- Order info — purchase history, payment details, shipping details
- Account info — username, password (encrypted), preferences
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device ID, browsing history, cookies
We do not store your full credit card details — payment is securely processed by Shopify and the bank/e-wallet providers.

4. Marketing
If you've opted in, we'll send product launches, promotions, and event updates via email or WhatsApp.
You can unsubscribe any time by:
- Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
- Replying "STOP" or "unsubscribe" via WhatsApp
- Emailing cs@kodakstyle-hk.com
After unsubscribing, we may still send essential transactional messages for orders you've placed (e.g. payment and shipping confirmations).
5. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with vetted third parties only when necessary:

6. Cookies and Tracking

After retention periods, we securely delete or anonymise the data.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data — including encryption, access controls, and regular reviews.
While we do our best to safeguard data, no online transmission is fully secure. In the event of a data breach, we'll notify affected users as required by law.
9. Your Rights
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion (within legal limits)
- Withdraw consent for marketing
- Request a copy of your data (data portability)

10. Persons Under 18
Our services are not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
If you're a parent or guardian and become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact cs@kodakstyle-hk.com — we'll delete the data promptly.
11. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Some of our service providers (e.g. Shopify, Meta, Google) operate servers outside Hong Kong. When data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure the level of protection is no less than local requirements.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant updates will be posted on the store and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Please check back periodically.
